WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE ACCESSORIES?

Some of our accessories and decorative items – especially glass and pottery – are shipped from our office instead of our warehouse. There we will pack your package with care. We aim to ship your order within 2-5 business days. Baskets are delivered from our warehouse and have the usual delivery time. If you have combined multiple products in 1 order, it is possible that your order will arrive in 2 packages.

WHAT IS TAMEGROUTE?

Tamegroute is traditional Moroccan ceramics. From plate to bowl, from candlestick to pot, everything is truly beautiful in its distinctive green. All the pottery is handcrafted in the heart of Morocco.

WHAT CAN I USE THE PALM LEAF BASKETS FOR?

What not, is a better question. Team The Souks uses them for absolutely everything. To store toys, work stuff, laundry, mail or crafty stuff. The M sized basket is also super suitable for storing your laptop. Prepare your favorite picnic in the palm leaf basket or throw in your beach gear. We have a basket for every purpose in our collection.

ISN'T GLASS AND POTTERY VERY BREAKABLE?

No more fragile than other glass and pottery, but of course these items require proper protection and some extra love and care. Therefore, we ship these products from our office, where we pack your package with the greatest care. In the unlikely event that a product does arrive damaged, please send us a picture of the product and the entire packaging within 2 days of receiving your package. Of course we will solve this together!

CAN THE GLASSES GO INTO THE DISHWASHER?

Yes, they can! Do not put them in the oven or microwave.

CAN TAMEGROUTE GO INTO THE DISHWASHER?

Rather not, because of the delicate manufacturing process these items are not suitable for the dishwasher. Rather hand wash the items with a mild detergent. Do not soak for too long.

ARE THE LAMP SHADES SUITABLE FOR ANY LAMP BASE, AND HOW DO I INSTALL THEM?

In principle yes, at least for the average variants. Look for sizes and specs on the product page of your chosen lamp. If you have additional questions, you can always email info@thesouks.com.

You install the lampshade by unscrewing the wheel of the lamp base, then you place the lampshade, then you put the wheel back so that the lampshade remains firmly in place. Put a lightbulb in, et voilà!

WHAT SIZES OF LAMPSHADES ARE THERE?

We have the lampshades made in a variety of sizes. Check out the product page for additional information. If you have a special request, please feel free to let us know. We may still have stock or be able to have your favorite variety remade.

WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Should a product arrive damaged unexpectedly, please send us a picture of the product and the entire packaging within 2 days of receiving your package. Of course we will solve this together!

CAN I RETURN THE ACCESSORIES?

You may. As with any product, you have 14 days to consider. If you are not entirely satisfied with a product, please let us know at info@thesouks.com.

Place your item to be returned in a suitable packaging (preferably the original) and protect your item properly. Deliver your package to a PostNL point or another postal service of your choice. Keep the shipping note well, so you can track the package. As a customer you are responsible for returning a product safely and in time.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO RETURN A PACKAGE?

The cost of a return can be checked with the postal service with which you want to send the package back. At PostNL this usually varies between € 4.95 and € 7.50.

WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

When we have received your return in good order, the return is processed in our system and we deposit the purchase amount back. This also applies to sale items.

I HAVE SEEN AN ITEM FROM THE ACCESSORY CATEGORY ON THE SITE BUT NOW IT IS GONE, WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

That depends on whether it is a vintage or new item. Vintage items are one of a kind, so only one of each piece is available. Baskets are standard in the collection, if a size is sold out it usually comes back in stock. Tamegroute pottery usually always comes back in the collection. Decorative items that we design and have manufactured ourselves can sometimes come back into stock. Feel free to let us know what you are looking for, and we will be happy to see about the possibilities.
