Design Your Own Blanket

Shake your pom pooom! Listen up, because we have some great news: from now on you can design your own blanket at THESOUKS.nl so you have an interior eye catcher that is 100% natural, handmade and will perfectly fit your personal taste! Happy designing!

Shake your pom pom! As a bed cover, to cocoon under on the couch, as a comfortable play mat: these hand woven pom pom blankets are super versatile… and now you can design your own!

The Souks offers a new technique that lets your own creativity come to live: draw your own design in different colors and create a unique blanket that fits your taste and interior.

Currently, these kind of heavy quality Berber throw-on blankets are hugely popular in hotels and Moroccan riads and we understand why. They’re made of 100% pure wool or cotton, and add a certain fluffiness to your interior. Each blanket has pompoms on 2 sides.

 Good to know:

  • You place your order when you submit your design, this order is final
  • Every blanket is hand made in Morocco
  • When your blanket is not as expected, we can always discuss further options
  • Production process and delivery is estimated 8-10 weeks

The process step-by-step:

  1. Size: choose M, L or XL
  2. Fabric: choose wool or cotton
  3. Design: for the fun part! You begin with a blank blanket
  4. Draw: now draw your own horizontal lines in different color options
  5. Submit your design
  6. The Souks takes care of your custom design and hands it over to the Moroccan atelier personally
  7. Your blanket will be hand woven according to your design in a specialised atelier
  8. Tadaaa! Because your blanket is handmade, it will take some time to be made. When your blanket is ready for transport you’ll be notified by us as soon as possible.
