Who doesn’t love a good sale. At The Souks we do not work with fixed sale periods, but we have an ongoing sale corner. Because we always work with unique collections and vintage items, our products are not seasonal and we don’t think big sales are necessary. We believe in lasting quality and fair prices. However, now and then we want to make some space on the shelves in the warehouse so we can get our hands on new beautiful treasures. Why is an item on sale?

At The Souks we do not work with fixed sale periods. This does not fit our brand, as we always work with unique collections and vintage items, which means our products are not seasonal. We believe in lasting quality and fair prices for our products.

However, it is true that sometimes we want to make some space in the warehouse, and some items have been with us long enough and are happy to go to a new home.

An item is rarely on sale because there is something wrong with it. If an item is on sale because it has minor flaws, it will always be mentioned on the product page of the item in question.

Can I see a sale item in real life?

We do not have a physical store or showroom. However, we regularly organize pop-up shops with our rugs, new collections or stock sales. Please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our socials (@thesouks) to keep up to date with pop-up news.

Can I return an item from the sale?

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the item. Even if it is a sale item.

How do I send an item back to you?

Send us an email via with your return wish. You can return your product by placing it back in its original box. Deliver your package to a PostNL point or another postal service of your choice.

Do I get my money back?

After the processing of your return by our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price.

I have seen an item in the sale but now it is gone, will it be back in stock?

Our vintage products are one of a kind, so only one of each item is available. For example, if you had your eye on a vintage carpet that is no longer on the site, then it is sold and no longer available, unless it is returned; the carpet will then come back online. We can always look with you for a similar vintage carpet in that color or size, or have a new one custom made for you.

What could be the signs of use?

For example, fringes that are not all the same length or missing, a small color difference in the wool, etc. For larger blemishes that are clearly visible, we will always mention this on the product page.
